A great idea for future recipes this. Thank you for sharing it. Have you noticed how so many people appear to be cooking again? I wonder if the lack of funds due to the current climate has something to do with it and we all appear to be cooking again! its great!

I use those thin rubber circular or rectangular jar openers and place the clove in it and roll them on a counter or hard surface.
This will remove the skin and avoid crushing the clove.

Dear Ms Pacaj,

Assalamualaikum. I supplicate that this message will find you in good health. I have gotten to know about this webpage from a dear friend called Shariq. I have a semi-charity project that is still in its initial stages and I am working, with a team of of friends, on developing in further. This project is a bakery and sandwich shop that features authentic American and British baked goods, sandwiches and possibly soup; all with a home made touch, with the break baked in-house. I would like to send you an initial presentation, which will will give you a better idea of the project. If you are interested in any aspect of the project - charity or personal investment - please email me so that I can respond with the pdf attachment.
Just a little about me; I am an engineer by trade and currently, I have an investment license to own and operate an electrical engineering company in the Kingdom. This is something I want to do on the side so that I may give back to the community for the sake of Allah. May Allah accept.
I hope to hear from you.

A question:
I encountered (what they spelled as) mulukia leaves in a dish at a restaurant. I was wondering if the name of the plant has a more direct English translation. is it in the spinach family or some other family of greens? (It's delicious!)

Thank you very much,
Naomi
