Sometimes removing the skin from the garlic can be time consuming and stinky. Here is an easy tip on how to remove the skin fast and effective.

Tomato and Cucumber Salad
2 tomatoes
2 cucumber
2 tsps olive oil
juice from 1 medium lemon
Chop the tomatoes and the cucumbers. Place in a bowl.
